Wonderful!!!!!!!! My daughter had her Sweet 16 at Charisma last month. ALL I CAN SAY IS WE HAD A BLAST!!!! The DJ was on point and the food was wonderful. You must try the chocolate fountain! My daughter and all her friends had a wonderful time. The room was set up very nicely. Neat, clean. All the functions of the event happened timely. I had no worries at all.

You were so helpful during the planning process and we really appreciated. we got so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the place was decorated. the snow machine is amazing ....great great great. .... thank you so much for making our day so special. After reading some bad reveiws online, my mother and I questioned planning my party at charisma. I insisted on going there to check it out.When we did, I was shocked, I had no idea what those people were talking about because Charisma is amazing! They have 2 arcade games, REALLY nice bathrooms, an amazing light show, a snow machine, a smoke machine, and a HUGE dance floor. After actually seeing Charisma, it became my #1 choice to have my party!We live far away so we may even need to use a bus to get there. If I were you, I would deffinetly check this place out. TO all of the people who wrote bad reviews: I have no clue what you are talking about, because the Charisma Ballroom that I saw was so perfect, so amazing, so awesome. The people were so nice, curteous, and helpful. The reveiws led me to believe that it would be corny, but trust me when I say IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN CHARISMA FOR YOURSELF, DO NOT TRUST THE REVEIWS!!!

My daughter and I were looking for a venue for her upcoming Sweet 16, she didn't want a stuffy place, she was looking for some thing that would be like a real celebration/ party atmosphere, as Sam puts it. We found Charisma online and wanted to have a look. The hall is an exclusive rental which is great because your renting out the whole place for you and your guests, your not paying to share your event with other people. We took a tour and really liked it but what really did it for us was the lights. Sammy loved them! It was like being in a club, without the obvious dangers lol. I have to admit I was pretty impressed, I even felt like dancing when they did the lights and played the music. Without hesitation, we booked it. My daughter was so happy, she knew right away this was what she wanted so we booked it. Can't wait until August!

Great Place!!!! Im getting married in June2011 and I am so excited that I went with Charisma.The Banquet Sales Rep. Amanda,was really sweet and knew exactly what she was talking about. I had like a hundred questions and she answered all of them perfectly and patiently she actually laughed it off and encouraged more questions which made us feel more comfortable that she was so confident answering questions.She took us on a tour of the place and Joesph the banquet manager turned on all the special effects lightening and snow machines and the music, it was so great and felt very personal. Hearing how good the music sounded paired with the lights it was exactly what we were looking for, that elegant look but a party feel when the time comes for dancing and that is what Charisma offered to us. The price for a Saturday night was surprising and I loved the fact that we can add our options as opposed to having a pkg already preset.The place has a lot of room,the food is in a seperate room and isnt visible to the guests until it is time to eat,which I liked because you will not see the staff cleaning up.To get your drinks,that is in an actual bar setting which was great bc you dont want someone with a cart wheeling around drinks on the dancefloor or in the corners of your event with lines every where.The dj has his own section too,so no wires or speakers interefering with the dancefloor.Overall I am very pleased

Just Great!! I had my daughter's sweet 16 on 2/26/11 at Charisma. The party was a huge success. This place is a must see – a large venue with great food and a caring staff. After setting up the appointment, the process began with a walk thru of the hall that was led by Amanda. She was very sweet; she explained the process as she walked us through the place. The food: The menu selection was huge. There were various packages to select from and all different types of cuisines. Dorina was very helpful in putting together a menu specific to our needs. She helped provide a few recommendations and helped me finalize an order for 200 guests. The free sampling of the food gave me comfort in ensuring the quality (The food was delicious and I’m very selective when it comes to food). On my 2nd visit, I met Joseph, the manager of Charisma. I came to find out that he used to be a radio spokesman/DJ at a very popular radio station. It was apparent that he felt comfortable on the microphone when he introduced my daughter that night. The feedback I received from my guests was: Great Party, Great Place, Great Food, Great DJ, and with regards to the Chocolate Fountain I was told by many, ‘Wow!!’

Good So Far! I am having my Wedding Reception in two months. Some of these reviews have startled me! Me and my fiance booked this place a year in advance and we had no doubt that we wanted to book it when we walked in. We recently went to make a payment and were pleasantly surprised to find that the steps, flooring, furniture, shades and equipment have all been replaced. We fell more in love at this moment then we did when we booked a year ago. We left very anxious for the day to get here, I even asked my fiance if we could push the date up. It left such an impression on me, the fact that they would keep up with the modern decor as years passed. So to those negative remarks, I have no doubt in my mind that Charisma was the right place for us!

Simply the best catering hall I've come across. The price is the bottom line for me, plus the place is gorgeous. The Lighting and snow machines are truly amazing, havent seen that in any other catering hall.
